著名的云主机供应商DigitalOcean本周宣布，新增纽约机房，位于纽约市最大的建筑楼，纽约第八大道111号，这幢大楼也被google使用。为了庆祝新的数据中心开业运营，DigitalOcean推出5美元优惠码“NY2SSD5”，针对512MB内存套餐，相当于一个月的使用费。
同时，DigitalOcean表示，他们正在投入资金购置新的数据中心，欧洲用户重新可以订购阿姆斯特丹机房了。
